About
My name is Matt Knibb
I’m an MHFA England accredited Mental Health First Aid Instructor, delivering Youth, Adult, and refresher training. With over 20 years’ experience in education and coaching, I’ve taught learners from early years to degree level, worked in high-performance sport, and now focus on helping people develop the skills to support mental wellbeing.
At the heart of it all is a lifelong fascination with people: how we learn, how we communicate, and how we support one another. That same passion fuels my role as a mental health podcaster, where I explore the realities of wellbeing in everyday life.
Just as I encourage others to value and protect their mental health, I make it a principle I live by. My goal is to create learning experiences that are practical, engaging, and memorable; equipping people with the confidence to support themselves and others.
