Corporate Team Building
Effective teamwork is not just a driver of productivity — it's essential for employee wellbeing and job satisfaction. When teams collaborate well, individuals feel supported, valued, and more engaged in their roles. For HR managers and decision makers, investing in strong team dynamics means fostering a positive workplace culture where people thrive — and as research consistently shows, happy staff are productive staff.

My Corporate Team Building course is designed to help your staff feel more engaged, work more effectively as a team, and build a stronger connection to their roles — all of which contribute to greater productivity and workplace satisfaction. It works best with groups of 12 to 36 participants, but I’m happy to tailor the format to suit the size and needs of your team.

Course Description

With over 20 years’ experience as a Head of Physical Education, sports coach, leadership qualification facilitator, sports psychology lecturer, and Talented Athlete Lifestyle Support Mentor for Bath Rugby Academy, I have developed a one-day, on-site team development course designed specifically for corporate teams. Drawing on the most effective and high-impact strategies from my career, this programme focuses on core elements of high-performing teams — including team cohesion, psychological safety, communication pathways, shared accountability, and proactive problem-solving.

Designed to be both engaging and outcomes-driven, the course uses deceptively simple but powerful activities that mirror the dynamics of your workplace, enabling participants to reflect, realign, and take ownership of their performance. It is ideal for established teams that possess the right components but need support in integrating them to achieve optimum results. The course is fully customisable to align with your organisational objectives and culture, delivering measurable impact and improved team synergy.

Cost

This course is valued at £540 inclusive of a full day of training and all resources - You just need to provide the delegates.

I encourage you to set clear performance metrics to evaluate the impact of this course. While positive feedback is always welcome, I’m especially interested in understanding exactly how and where the course has made a measurable difference within your organisation. Hard data not only demonstrates a strong return on your investment, but also motivates me to continue delivering training that drives real, lasting results.
