About the MHFA Refresher Course

Mental health deserves the same attention as physical health—and just like physical first aid, it’s important to keep your Mental Health First Aid skills up to date.

The MHFA Refresher takes just four hours and helps you:
-
Keep your knowledge, awareness, and confidence fresh
-
Stay up to date on mental health and what influences it
-
Practise using the Mental Health First Aid action plan
After completing the course, you’ll be certified for another three years and invited to join (or stay part of) the Association of Mental Health First Aiders—so you’ve got ongoing support when you need it.
